Review & Confirm Before Booking

Between Moqsh Lakra, RCIC #R707976, operating through ImmiShark Immigration Consultancy INC., and the Client.

This Agreement outlines the terms of consultation services provided by Moqsh Lakra, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, RCIC #R707976, operating through ImmiShark Immigration Consultancy INC., to the Client.

The Client agrees to pay the consultation fees as specified in the booking tool for the selected online consultation service. The purpose of the consultation is to gather sufficient information to allow the RCIC to provide analysis and advice on immigration options, including estimated timelines, fees, and costs where applicable.

The Client must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation as requested by the RCIC, and must fully disclose all relevant details, including any adverse or negative information. Failure to do so may impact the advice provided, void this Agreement, or affect the outcome of the Client’s application or immigration status.

The RCIC’s advice is based on Canadian immigration law and policy in effect on the date of the consultation. The RCIC is not responsible for subsequent changes in legislation, regulation, policy, program delivery instructions, or government processing practices that may affect future applications or outcomes.

The RCIC will deliver services to the standard of a competent member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). The RCIC does not guarantee the success of the Client’s immigration, business, education, employment, or related goals, as outcomes depend on factors beyond the RCIC’s control.

The RCIC is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information. Information and documents provided by the Client will not be disclosed to third parties, except to the RCIC’s agents, employees, or representatives as required for service delivery, without the Client’s prior consent, unless disclosure is required by law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Moqsh Lakra, RCIC #R707976, is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and adheres to its By-Laws, Code of Professional Conduct, and applicable Regulations.

By paying the consultation fee through the booking tool, or by booking a free consultation where no payment is required, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
